Why do I need to log in?
Logging in has its advantages and makes the overall Zigass experience much more comfy. It allows you to:
- Access your orders via the website or any device with the app installed
- Keep track of your orders even if you switch devices
- Participate in our promotions and sales
- Get help from customer support easier, without needing to verify your order details every time.
Can I buy without logging in?
Purchasing through the website does not require you to create an account and use it to log in, but we highly recommend it for the reasons mentioned above.
How to log in?
- Click on the Log In button at the top of any page.
- Select one of the options from the pop-up screen.
- Enter your Google login/Facebook login/Apple ID and password if prompted. Note that Zigass won't get direct access to your Google/Facebook/Apple login information.
- Allow Zigass to access the email address associated with your Facebook account if prompted.
