Reviews
Since Zigass publishes user's reviews, we'll be primarily referring to them — but the same rules may apply to any social network or public online space.
What to keep in mind
Fraudsters are always watching and can easily spot any of your personal details that you include in a review.
Make sure not to share any personal details on shipping label photos from your packages that might expose your phone number, address or name. Be sure not to have any important documents or bank cards in the background of photos you share in your product reviews.
What could happen
- You may be contacted by phone by someone unknown: either as a prank or to get some other personal information from you, such as your card number;
- You might have something unexpected sent to your address;
- You may have strangers finding you on social networks or messengers to get to know you, or to threaten to reveal your order history. Nobody except you can see your order history, but fraudsters may take advantage of the surprise effect to trick you;
- Your details could simply be sold to more experienced fraudsters.
Your credentials
Please remember that your credentials should not be shared with third parties, and you should not give anyone access to your device.
If an order has been placed from your profile by someone else, for example, by your child, we will consider the order as belonging to you and will not be able to cancel it.
