How does the Competition Work?
The Ennid competition is a multi-stage event designed to test participants' skills, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities within diverse cultural and business contexts. The competition unfolds as follows:
- Nine-Day Journey and Rounds: The core competition takes place over nine days, divided into up to eight qualifying rounds. Each round will present unique challenges related to the specific location and cultural context of the day.
- Preliminary Round (Round 9): The ninth round serves as a preliminary final, where the top three participants from the previous rounds will compete. The winner of this preliminary round secures a spot in the final championship.
- Interim Period and Championship: After the preliminary round, there will be an interim period of approximately 216 days (around seven months). During this time, two more seasons of Ennid will take place, each culminating in its own preliminary round and winner. After the interim period, the three preliminary winners (one from each season) will compete in a final championship round to determine the ultimate Ennid champion.
- Challenges and Scenarios: Throughout the qualifying rounds, participants will face a variety of challenges and scenarios developed in partnership with businesses in the visited countries. These challenges will vary in difficulty and will test different skills, such as:
- Cultural Understanding: Tasks involving understanding local customs, traditions, and social etiquette.
- Business Acumen: Challenges related to business strategy, marketing, and problem-solving within a business context.
- Creativity and Innovation: Tasks requiring creative thinking and innovative solutions.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Challenges that emphasize effective teamwork and communication.
- Elimination and Re-Entry: Participants who do not successfully complete a round's challenges will be eliminated from the current competition. However, they are eligible to apply again for a new Ennid season after a waiting period of three months from their elimination date.
- Supporter Teams and Information: Each participant is required to form a team of at least nine supporters registered as consumers on the Zigass platform. These supporters play a crucial role by:
- Providing Information and Solutions: Supporters will have access to special information sources containing clues and potential solutions to the challenges. They must analyze this information and relay it to their supported participant before their competitors do. This creates a strategic element where information gathering and effective communication are essential.
- Real-Time Obstacles: In addition to the pre-planned challenges, trained teams will create real-time obstacles and disruptions, adding an element of unpredictability and requiring participants and their supporters to adapt quickly.
- Live Broadcast and Community Engagement: The entire competition will be professionally filmed and broadcast live on the Zigass SnayTube Channel. This allows supporters and an online community to follow the participants' progress, engage in discussions, and offer encouragement. The live broadcast will also reveal specific details about the challenges as they unfold.
The Ennid competition is designed to be a challenging yet rewarding experience, combining adventure, strategy, and cultural immersion. The combination of pre-planned challenges, real-time obstacles, and the crucial role of supporters creates a dynamic and engaging competition format.
