How do I return an item?
If an item has no defects/matches the description, but you simply don’t like it, or it doesn’t fit you well — you can return it within 14 days from the product delivery according to your right of withdrawal.
Mind that the product must be in its original, resalable condition and packaging.
To receive instructions how to return an item, you need to contact our support team. In case you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
How do I return it?
On the website:
- Go to My orders section.
- Select the order you wish to send back.
- Click on the Zigass support team button to the right.
- Specify the reason you'd like to return the item for in the Describe the issue field.
- Our agent will provide the return address and instructions on how to proceed.
- Once the return is confirmed, we'll refund the order. The money should be transferred back to your account within the next 7–14 days.
On Android and iOS:
- Open the Support team chat from the Profile page.
- Choose the order you wish to return by pressing the Select an order button.
- Press the Return the order button.
- Our agent will provide the return address and instructions on how to proceed.
- Once the return is confirmed, we'll refund the order. The money should be transferred back to your account within the next 7–14 days.
N.B. The return expenses will not be covered by Zigass or the seller — those will be on you.
Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
• It's been more than 14 days since you received the item.
• The product is in non-resalable condition.
• You shipped the product to a different address that wasn't provided by our support team.
• The return package cannot be tracked.
To ensure hygiene and our customers' safety, we are unable to accept returns for certain items, which include but are not limited to:
• Underwear, swimwear, bra, bra tops, camisoles, pyjamas, baby products, socks, compression stockings and compression pantihose if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.
• All beauty products used for skin and body contact if they have been opened, used or if the protective film has been damaged. Body contact includes not only intended use on the skin, but also removal of the product from the packaging, e.g. with fingers.
• Contact lenses, if the original packaging was opened.
• Adult products, if they were unsealed after delivery.
• Body jewellery (for example, piercings or earrings) if safety package was opened.
• Media with audio or video content, if the protective film or seal has been damaged, but not the packaging.
