How can I change the size/color/version of a purchased item?
If you've mistakenly ordered a product with different parameters than desired, Zigass offers several options to help you make necessary adjustments.
Here's how:
On the website:
- Go to the "Purchase History" section in your dashboard.
- Access the item you want to replace.
- Open a Support Ticket or contact the Merchant directly from the product page.
- If the Merchant doesn't respond within the estimated timeframe, open a Support Ticket or contact our Pos Management Team directly through the Support Chat located in the bottom right corner of every Zigass page.
On the APP:
- Go to Profile by tapping the icon in the bottom right corner.
- Select Purchase History.
- Follow the same steps as on the website.
- From the order page, directly contact the Delivery Person or Collector responsible for your order and request any necessary changes or modifications to the ordered products.
N.B. Please pay close attention to the Delivery Terms and track your order status. If your order is already On The Way, you may not be able to make these changes.
