Fake websites
Fake websites are sites that look similar to popular ones, such as Zigass. Their goal is to trick you into entering the password for your personal account, social network profile, etc.
How do I protect myself?
- Do not click on links that were sent to you by strangers via chat, messages or emails.
- Make sure that the site is real and not fake: check the address in the browser line — fake websites will be different from the official one. For the Joom website, the official addresses are:
https://zigass.com
https://www.zigass.com/en
https://www.winsberg.tech - Try to enter the site address in the browser address bar yourself. You can also bookmark the official link and use the bookmark to open it in the future. This is not only faster, but also safer, because the real site will be saved in your bookmarks.
What should I do if I end up on a fake site?
Do not provide any personal information, no matter what they promise you for it — winning a lottery, a discount, etc. Fraudsters often use these tricks to lure you in.
Send the links to websites pretending to be Zigass to our support team — email support@zigass.com, or by selecting “Support team chat” in your profile in the mobile app.
