Ennid Competition Rules and Regulations
1. Eligibility:
- Participants must meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the Ennid Program FAQs, including age (18-50, with exceptions for 16-17 year olds with parental consent), possession of valid travel documents, and having at least 9 supporters registered as consumers on the Zigass platform.
- Zigass employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Individuals with a criminal record are not eligible to participate.
- Individuals with physical disabilities that prevent them from fully engaging in the program’s activities may not be eligible. Contact the support team for clarification.
2. Competition Format:
- The competition spans nine days, with up to eight qualifying rounds.
- A ninth preliminary round will feature the top three participants from the previous rounds. The winner of the preliminary round will advance to the final championship.
- After each season's preliminary round, there will be an interim period of approximately 216 days before the final championship, where the three preliminary winners (one from each season) will compete to determine the overall Ennid champion.
- Challenges in each round will vary and will be designed in partnership with local businesses, focusing on cultural understanding, business acumen, creativity, and teamwork.
- Participants who fail to complete a round's challenges will be eliminated from the current season’s competition. They may reapply for a new season after a three-month waiting period.
3. Supporter Teams:
- Each participant must form a team of at least nine supporters registered as consumers on Zigass.
- Supporters will have access to special information sources containing clues and potential solutions to challenges.
- Supporters are responsible for communicating this information to their supported participant before competing teams do.
- Participants are prohibited from directly communicating with their supporters during challenges, except through designated channels and times specified by the program organizers.
4. Communication and Technology:
- Participants are prohibited from using their personal mobile phones or other personal communication devices during the competition.
- Each participant will be provided with a program-issued phone for communication with program staff and for specific challenge-related tasks.
- All competition activities will be filmed and broadcast live on the Zigass SnayTube channel and potentially other designated platforms.
- Participants agree to be filmed and for their likeness to be used in promotional materials related to the Ennid Program.
5. Luggage Restrictions:
- Participants are limited to a maximum of 25kg of luggage.
- The program organizers are not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage.
6. Conduct and Behavior:
- Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times, both towards program staff, fellow participants, local communities, and online audiences.
- Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
- Participants must adhere to all local laws and regulations in each country visited.
- Participants are expected to actively participate in all scheduled activities and challenges.
7. Travel and Logistics:
- The exact dates and destinations of the trip will not be disclosed until shortly before departure or during the competition itself.
- Participants must be prepared to travel at short notice and adapt to changing circumstances.
- The program organizers will handle all travel and accommodation arrangements, including flights, transfers, and lodging.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance.
8. Prizes and Rewards:
- The winner of the final championship will receive the grand prize of $100,000.
- Second place will receive $50,000 and third place $30,000.
- All participants will receive a ShopWise Shopping Card and various gifts from local businesses.
- Participants can earn rewards through the Zigass referral program.
- Selected participants may be offered paid collaborations with Zigass or employment opportunities with WinSberg partner companies.
9. Program Changes and Discretion:
- The program organizers reserve the right to modify these rules and regulations or make changes to the program format at any time, at their sole discretion.
- The decisions of the program organizers and judges are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
10. Release and Liability:
- By participating in the Ennid Program, participants release the organizers, sponsors, and partners from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the program.
