Provision of our services requires transmission of your personal data, in some cases your data can be provided to the recipients listed below:

Joint controllership information
When we provide personal data to certain service providers, we and such service providers act as joint controllers and are jointly responsible for data processing. Here we inform you about the essential contractual contents pursuant to Art. 26 (2) GDPR.
Joint controllership with TikTok
To to provide and optimize our ads, including personalized ads, we use services of third party service providers such as TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Court Dublin 2 DUBLIN, D02 AK70, Ireland and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited, WeWork, 125 Kingsway, London, WC2B 6NH, United Kingdom (both are here collectively referred to as "TikTok"). To use these TikTok services we are required to share certain information about you (“Event Data” in terms used by TikTok). To learn more about TikTok data processing practices, including the legal basis TikTok relies on and the ways to exercise your data subject rights against TikTok, please see TikTok general privacy policy and specific notice about data processing associated with provision of ads by TikTok.
For the purposes of such processing activities we and TikTok act as joint controllers and, to determine our respective responsibilities, have entered into Joint Controller Terms.
In particular, we thereby have agreed, that:
- Zigass is responsible for providing you with all information about the joint processing in accordance with Articles 13, 14 GDPR;
- Zigass will enable you to exercise your data subject right to object in respect of personal data processed by Zigass;
- TikTok shall respond to the exercise of any data subject rights under Articles 15-21 GDPR in respect of personal data processed by TikTok;
- TikTok is responsible for protecting your data subject’s rights in accordance with Art. 15 to 20 GDPR with regard to the personal data stored by TikTok Ireland after joint processing.
